Miss Myra, it was truly an honor to care for you. I’m grateful that nursing brought you into my life and gave me the privilege of being a small part of yours. You had a lifetime of memories, a family you loved, and a faith that meant so much to you. Your love for cooking, classic country music, your stories, and a good nail polish are such beautiful reminders of the woman you were and the little things that brought you joy. Being entrusted with your care is something I will always hold close to my heart. You mattered, and it was a privilege to be your nurse. Rest peacefully, Miss Myra. May your family find comfort in the love you shared and the memories they will carry with them. I’ll always carry you in mine. 🤍

Ms. Myra was such a sweet and loving soul. She will be sorely missed. I loved the times we would listen to old gospel songs on YouTube and sing along with them. She would always talk about how much she dearly loved her family espe ially her grand children. We would pray for her grand children every time I would sit with my sister who shared a room with her at Oakwood Manor. We love and miss you Ms. Myra until we meet again rest in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and keep singing your song, Sweet Buelah Land. I will think of you everytime I listen to it My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
