Julia May Howard

Julia Howard, 79, of Nederland, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2026, at Lucas Place in Beaumont, Texas. Born on February 24, 1947, Julia lived a life full of joy, movement, and cherished family moments. She found immense happiness in dancing, walking, and even mowing the grass, always embracing an active and vibrant spirit. Her greatest delight, however, came from gathering with her beloved family, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love.

Julia was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 42 years, Billy J. Howard, and her loving parents, Arlie and Frances Bryant. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

She is survived by her son, Randy Howard and his wife, Kim, of Beaumont; and her grandsons, Kyle Howard of Nederland and Kevin Howard of Beaumont. Julia's warmth and affection will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home, 2001 Nall Street, Port Neches, Texas. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Roller McNutt Funeral Home, 1902 Hwy 65 S, Clinton, AR 72031, followed by a graveside service at Pee Dee Cemetery in Clinton, AR 72031.
