Bobby Dale Jordan

Bobby Jordan, a hardworking and devoted man, passed away on August 9, 2026, in Trinity, Texas. He was born on December 30, 1956, in Houston, Texas.

Bobby was a man who believed in hard work and giving his all to whatever was in front of him. He was known for his strong work ethic and could often be found staying busy, taking pride in getting things done. One of his favorite pastimes was riding his lawn mower, where he could spend hours enjoying the simple satisfaction of working around his home. Bobby also had a genuine love for animals. He had a special fondness for dogs of all kinds and, over the years, developed a soft spot for cats as well.

Above all else, Bobby was a family man. His grandchildren held a particularly special place in his heart, and he treasured the time he spent with them. He took pride in his family and the life they shared together.

Bobby is survived by his devoted wife of three years, Diane Jordan; his sons, Billy Jordan and wife, Summer; Shawn Jordan; Bobby Jordan and wife, Beth; and Jack Owens; and his daughter, Brandy LeBlanc and husband, Mark. He is also survived by his sister, Dana; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with extended family and many friends who will forever remember him and the impact he made on their lives.

He was preceded in death by his father, EJ Jordan; his mother, Peggy Golsby Jordan; his brothers, Randy Jordan, Richard Jordan, and Buddy Jordan; and his sister, Trisha Jordan.

Visitation will be held at Faith and Family Funeral Services on Monday, August 17, 2026, between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm with Pastor Rich Cope officiating. Burial will be held at 2:30 pm on Monday, August 17, 2026 at Palms Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton, Texas.

Honoring Bobby as pallbearers are Kyle Jordan, Christopher Jordan, Billy Jordan, Terry Jordan, Terry Hubert, and Mark LeBlanc. Honoring pallbearer is Kenny West.

Bobby will be remembered as a hardworking man who stayed true to himself, took pride in providing for and caring for his family, and found happiness in the simple things he enjoyed most. His strength, determination, and love for his family will remain a lasting part of the lives of those who knew and loved him.

You were always there for me Dad no matter what. I became your second daughter at the age of 16 and you became my second Dad when me and Billy got together. You always accepted me. You will be dearly missed. Help my Daddy watch over the kids and I (and grandbabies). Make Billy feel your presence Dad because he is going to need to feel it for awhile. I want to send my condolences to his family. I'm very sorry that he has passed away. Last I saw him was at Aunt peggys funeral. He was my buddy always played around growing up and hope he left this world at peace. Going to miss my cousin we had some crazy times growing up. Love you always Bobby dale.
